Over 22 years ago, our founder began a career in the community management industry. After two decades of management and executive experience working with and leading management firms, she came to the realization that the industry was drifting away from some of the core principles that bring real value to communities, homeowners, board members, and partners: back-to-the-basics old school customer service, not just more features but truly beneficial solutions, doing what we say we will, doing the right thing every time, and making sure we only provide win-win opportunities. This realization and desire led to the creation of CFAM – a Texas based, woman owned and operated business that achieves these missing elements and more.
